Biography

Nikos Tsoukas was born in Deskati, Grevena, in 1935. He studied at the Pelos Katseli Drama School.

He made his debut in the theater in 1962, alongside Mimis Fotopoulos, with the play "Outside the Thieves". He then played with Elli Lampeti in the play "Our Little Town" and later collaborated with Katerina, Kostas Mousouris, Lambros Konstantaras, Jenny Karezi, Kostas Rigopoulos, Kakia Analyti, Sotiris Moustakas, Aliki Vougiouklaki and others.

He made his debut in the cinema in 1962, with the films Betrayed Love and The Bride Shut Up. Some of his most characteristic roles were in the films: Villa of Orgies, The Fairy and the Groom, The Crooked Tree and The Barber's Beauty.

He first appeared on the small screen in the series "Travel", which made him popular with the general public and was followed by "Parking", "When I Was a Teacher" etc. (Source: CineHellas)
