Dirk Stikker

Dirk Uipko Stikker (Winschoten, 5 February 1897 – Wassenaar, 23 December 1979) was a Dutch politician, diplomat, administrator, and banker. He served as Secretary-General of NATO from 1961 to 1964 and as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1948 to 1952.
